"Backorder got sorted fast"
I had mine on backorder and ended up canceling it. I thought it might be a hassle, but, actually, it was handled really quickly with no issues...

"So much more than I expected"
In my opinion, Stoneberry is a solid 5-star find mainly because of how much they have to choose from. I went on the site just looking for one small kitchen item, and somehow ended up browsing clothes, shoes, bedding, and a few home decor pieces I actually really liked.

To me, the selection felt better than the usual stuff I see on a lot of other sites. It was easy to look around, compare a few options, and pick what worked for me. I can definitely see myself checking Stoneberry first next time I need something.

I’m a big fan of flexible payments, so this worked really well for me. I needed to grab a few things but didn’t want to take the hit all at once, and being able to split it into monthly payments made it feel a lot more manageable. For someone like me who likes to keep a little breathing room in the budget, it made the whole experience much easier.

"I had to exchange a sweater..."
I had to exchange a sweater for a bigger size and, yeah... it was smooth overall. The return label was easy enough to deal with, and the new one showed up about a week later. I do wish the updates had come through a little faster, but... in the end, it worked out fine.

I had a question about my order and figured I’d be waiting a while, but stoneberry customer service got back to me fast. The rep was friendly and basically said something like, “No problem, I can help you with that,” and walked me through it without making it confusing. Overall, it was an easy and good experience.

My new bedding arrived in good shape and feels solid, especially for the price. The quality was better than I expected, but I did feel a little misled by the way it was described online. It’s nice overall, just not exactly what I thought I was getting

"I ordered a few things from Stoneberry and..."
I ordered a few things from Stoneberry and, the checkout part was totally fine. The order went through without any issues, and I got the confirmation email quickly, so... that part was reassuring.

The tracking was where it got a little frustrating. It sat on “label created” for a couple of days, and I wasn’t really sure if the package had actually shipped or was just waiting somewhere. I did contact customer service, and they answered, but it was mostly just, you know, wait a little longer.
In the end, the package arrived in good shape, just later than I expected. So it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but yeah... the tracking updates could definitely be clearer and more helpful...

"They Fixed the Problem Faster Than I Expected"
The box showed up banged up, and one of the lamps was cracked, so I wasn’t expecting things to go smoothly. But stoneberry got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without giving me any trouble. It took a few days, but they handled it well and made it right. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up happy with the experience

"Refund took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from stoneberry and ended up returning one item. The refund did come through, but it took longer than I was expecting. Maybe that’s normal for them, but I wasn’t totally sure? Customer service did answer my question, just not as quickly as I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the refund process could be a bit smoother

I’ve had a good experience managing my stoneberry account so far. I was already expecting it to be straightforward, and it’s kind of confirmed that for me. Making payments is easy, and I can check my balance without needing to call anyone. I also like that the site clearly shows what’s due and when, so I’m not left guessing. Everything has worked fine up to now, so in my mind it’s a simple account to keep up with.
